I have never pulled my foreskin back to clean my penis because if I think about it I just feel sick. The idea really makes me squeam! Is this something that is 100% nessecary or can I live my life without doing it? (not to sound too dramatic) What are the pros and cons of it?

I was showering the other day and noticed i had a small lump to the right of my sac but still on it, its under the skin and painful. Its noticeable to the eye and its pretty hard. I had three internal hemorrhoids banded a month a go. The problem is that I still bleed a little when I have to move my bowels. Is this nomal. I also have an external one but that cannot be banded.  I'm really worried. I tried talking to my G.I. about this and he brushed me off and was not nice....
