little white things between bum cheeks

uh well, I shaved it down there, now there are red bumps and its irritated like crazy, im thinking ingrown hairs but that would be ALOT of them..so Im thinking some might be ingrown hairs or razor bumps..should I wait it out?

Why haven't I grown

Hi I'm 14 and I have definitely hit puberty, I've got a really deep voice and have to shave about twice a week. But I'm still short, I'm around 5'6 -5'7 Will I grow any more? I haven't had a growth spurt in ages.
