Found Lump/Bump last night

Last night in the shower I noticed a small painless bump on the skin covering the right testical. I wasn't sure if there's a difference on a bump that is on the testical itself or a bump on the skin. Thanks for your help. :-)

Bacterial?

Just curious-- if the crook between the genitals and thigh smell rather weird. Even though after a shower and a good scrubbing, it still gives a strange odor. Is that the case of the STD of Bacterial Vaginosis?
