In my teen age, and after in college I was a handsome guy. I almost had problem to get rid of girls. There were too much of them. But that has changed. I finished my education and find a job. There was always too little time for gym, for running, for living. And I have changed. Became fatty and unattractive and alone and older. I am 35 at the moment and single. I am not feeling that this is me anymore. What do you think? Are you comfortable in your own skin?

Meet a girl take her out. Get a vacation for God sake! Have you heard that life starts in 30-es for guys in 40-es? Stand on your feet and start living. Best wishes brother.

I will tell you about the old fat guy syndrome -

I am pushing 51, I am 5-11 and had gotten up to 240 pounds, hell I couldn't look down and see my own penis when I took a piss. I felt unattractive and fat wearing size 40 in" in pants... XL in shirts and t-shirts... etc.

I started a new job in March on the 22nd, I get alot of excersize with this job... I changed my diet completely, I mean completely.

I don't eat breakfast

I only take one sandwich to work, water to drink or cold tea bottled. Fruit and veggies and fruit if I feel like it.

I eat only what is on my plate at dinner and DON'T get seconds any more... cut out all deserts.

I have lost 40 pounds doing this and feel great, and am now into size 34" pants and wearing med size shirts.

You can do it and feel great... I have not felt this great in a long long time. I wish you the best but you got to kick yourself in the ass and get going on change, and you will feel awesome about yourself... hell I wish I was 37 again myself but pushing 51 is where I am at.

Got an abb workout machine and I'm going to town for a six pack on my muscles.
