burning sensation in the grion

When I take a nap in the afternoon, I wake up with a burning sensation from the left testicle  all the way up to the lower abdomen...slowly disappears after urinating.  I am a diabetic & do moderate exercise twice a week.Any advise?

Finding it hard to pee, have i got a clot?
