Im 13 yr old for 3 months now and my penis size while erected is 3.1 inch or 7 cm and i wanna ask is that normal i still didnt have any sperms or anything should i worry about it?

I'm 13 and I'm done with puberty but I'm small down there. I'm probably only 4.3 inches erect. I feel weird becuase I'm through puberty and that still hasn't grown. I don't know if it's normal?
