Hey there I'm sorry you feel this way. I know how hard it is to feel like everyone even kids younger than you are more physically developed..... puberty starts at different times for everyone. you are most likely a late bloomer and there is nothing wrong with that. do you have any pubic or armpit hair at all? how big is your penis flaccid and erect? how big are your testicles and have you noticed them hang lower in your scrotum at all? have you gotten any taller suddenly or noticed your feet growing more rapidly?

Yes I am growing rapidly in my feet but I am still very short. I also have lower testicles

Ok so the good news is you have started puberty but are probably still in the early stages. your voice will get deeper and your penis should get larger as well but it is hard to say when because everyone develops differently. how big is your penis flaccid and erect and are you overweight at all? you may think your penis is small but it could be average or above depending on its size
