What did you use to help depression in meno?

My dose of Valium does not help. I got that medication because I was depressed, ever since my meno started. My doctor recommended Valium of 5 mg for my depression. But it is not working anymore. I am so angry and so sick and tired of this. I have never liked wigs, now I must wear them and it is all because of menopause. I am suffering from hair loss in meno!? There is always some new problem. I cant even sleep with my husband without same cream or device.

I cant stop crying. I just cant. Any time, anywhere, tears are coming and coming. Sometimes or more often I do not even know the reason. And everything seems to be bothering for me. Is this because of my meno? I really do not know any more. Do you have problems like this?
