Hello, three years ago, everything has changed when I step into menopause. I jus take a shower, try to dry my hair but I catch myself standing there, sweating like crazy and I need of another shower! I feel like my thermostat is broken! Is there any end of the tunnel, because I cannot take it anymore? Have you found your menopause vent?

Hi, I am reading you have written and remembered the time when I was feeling as you do now. However, I have found the solution. I start to paint and do exercise. I concentrate on these activities in hope that I will forget all discomfort that menopause brought to me. Try to find something interesting for you and good luck!

Hi
I found that caffeine really sets off my hot flashes. It is amazing how much relief I feel without coffee. (Except that I MISS coffee.) I still drink it at times. But when my hot flashes are interfering with my life, like keeping me from sleeping, I know it's time to stop coffee. After I get through the coffee withdrawals, (I may sweat MORE during this time), the hot flashes degrade to what I could call a warm sensation. Sometimes they go away completely. I also feel there a foods that set them off, like hot sauce.
Additionally, I find that a walk of a least 20 minutes a day helps all of my symptoms.
Best wishes.
