thyriod diseases in menapause

Do thyriod diseases occur more often in menopause? I mean, because of hormone miss balance etc. Is there any relationship between thyroid diseases and menopause? I’ve been recognized the first symptoms of menopause in last 2 months. But they seem a little bit extreme for me. How can I be sure?

what should i do

i did not have my period for 3 months at all and barely last month ive gotten it but it had lasted me 3 weekz then it stopped after two weeks my period came back its been two weeks since ive been on it and large guts of pieces been coming out and i dont want to go to the doctor

I am a woman of 42 years. in 2006 I had my last baby and I did the Tubal Ligation. I had my period on November 5 and right now its November 21 and i still havent had my period. I can be pregnant or what? or have menopause?
