I have read a n umber of articles on breast changes during premenopause. it does state that this happens quite often and as long as the discharge is neither green or brown, it probably is NOT breast cancer. All the same, better to get it checked out by your physician. Unless of course you think you might be pregnant, then you can always opt for a home pregnancy test.
