Nausea, sleepiness and tiredness on third day of period

I am having my period Now as usual. But it is lesser on third day than it usually is. It used to be heavy now kinda less. I'm feeling nauseated, sleepy and tired. I do not want to get pregnant at this point of time. Is it advisable to do a pregnancy test while on period?
