Strange discharge, took plan B

There is NOTHING more important than your sexual health! If you exercise, drink water, take your vitamins, put a bandaid on a cut etc. you are taking care of your body! so leaving up to chance something SO crucial is just plain stupid! IF there is no respect for each others sexual health then there should be NO SEX! Respect yourself first your partner second and NEVER take the chance of "Oh it's Saturday my friends sister's boyfriends cousin says you can't get pregnant on Saturday's" And in this day and age a pregnancy can be the least of your worries, in fact it can be just plain deadly! I need help please! I had sex with my boyfriend on November 11th and he ejaculated inside me. That same night I took plan B. On November15th ( four days later), I had my regular period all the way till like November 21. ( It was longer this time because of Plan b). So on November 23, Me and my BF had sex again and he came inside of me again! This time I did not take plan B. I actually did nothing about it. So on, November 26, 3 days later I stated of with a light pink discharge. I had some of it on/off through out the day. Then the next day it turned into brown discharge. The brown discharge lasted about five days and then ended.  Other symptoms that I have been exercising are nausea through out the day, a little of back pain, and my breast sometimes hurt. Also I did take a preg while implantation bleeding and it did come out negative.     Also, I am 24 yeard old. And everything that I eat makes me nausous after@

Was this implanting bleeding or Plan b symptoms? Could I be pregnant

Ive put myself in a sticky situation and im asking for no judgement here,
I had sex protected on april 1st but the condom broke and he had ejaculated within an hr I immediately take plan b no symptoms the next week i had light bleeding when i wiped for 3 days and alot of cramping. I didnt have a period for the whole.month of april and now its may and still no period i took 5 hpt , i took one 8 days after my missed period and then one 19 days after missed period all were clear negative now i have thick white lotiony discharge followed by cramps and im scared please help
