I feel like crap now, every time after I eat. i had my period this month. It lasted longer than usual, like 6 days. Now It has been a week since I got off of it. My breast are sore, and I am nauseous all the time. Also, i think i either have a uti or yeast infection. uuagh.. help!

Is spotting up to 7 days prior to your first period ok?

I normally have very light spotting as much as 7 days prior to the first day of my period (the actual bleeding). I am concerned that this means I am not having a normal luteal phase, meaning there is not enough time for implantation to take place. Any thoughts?
