Experienced breakthrough bleeding A week before expected period?

Hello, on March 17th I experienced breakthrough bleeding due to 3 missed bc pills.  I was expected to have my period March 26th and have only had spotting. Would I have still gotten my period even though I had breakthrough bleeding a week ago? Could I be pregnant?

Our last sex was feb 18 and i got my period on feb 19. But this whole month of march we didnt have sex due to busy schedules, but i missed my period on march 19 im 5 days delayed!!!! Am i pregnant??
