Stingy feeling down there during my period

like the first couples days I start my period (even a couple hours before) I have a stingy feeling down there. It's not a "burning SENSATION." I feel like that's a little extreme, but every time I look something up about it that's all I find. Is there a way to prevent it or is it normal?

Soooo I just started my period a week early and last week me and my boyfriend had sex and he came inside me and now my period is a week early. PLEASE tell me what this means and if I have to be worried about being pregnant.

Why won't my period go away?
