Discharge for two years with pains in abdomen

Hi. I have had discharge for about 2 years now. In the past few days (2-3) I have been having on and off pains in my abdomen that feel like needles poking me. It's around my belly button area and below. Could it be cramps? Please respond! Thanks in advance :-D
