Skipped placebo BC.

I'm on ortho-cyclen. I've taken two packs of BC. However, I lost the second pack when it was almost time for me to start the placebo pills. So, I just started the next pack on the regular pills. Is it normal to still have some bleeding? I think it's blood, but it's really dark, almost black....
