Why can they not make pads long enough?

Why can they not make pads long enough. It's driving me insane ruining my undies.-.- I need a suggestion on what to do? There's never enough in the back I've resorted to wearing the night ones but even those font help. They work dandy when I stand up but when I lay down its all over. Any suggestions...

large blood clot, not sure if normal?

I started birth control (the patch) a month ago, and I just started my period today. I had the most eexcruciating cramps and a few hours later passed 2 large tissue like blood clots. And the same thing happened later on, what does this mean? Should I be wworried? This is not normal for my period..

For the last three months I've been feeling sick to my stomach the week before my period starts. It's gotten to the point that I have thrown up several times and Im not sure whats going on. Its woken me up several times and its not a normal premenstral thing for me..... what could be going on?
