Why can they not make pads long enough. It's driving me insane ruining my undies.-.- I need a suggestion on what to do? There's never enough in the back I've resorted to wearing the night ones but even those font help. They work dandy when I stand up but when I lay down its all over. Any suggestions on new pads or I'm about to sleep sitting up! (I'm 15 and have had my period for 4 ish years? I'm regular schedule wise and I'm to scared to try a tampon (friend told me all these weird things that could happen when I was younger))

Hi I wouldn't believe all the stories your friends tell you about tampons as there perfectly safe if you follow the instructions and look on the plus side your have no more ruined undies and you an still go in the water when your having your period.
