muscle spasms-very uncomfortable

I have been having muscle spasms in my back since Monday. I guess they will pass but how long do they usually last? They are very uncomfortable, especially at work. I went to see a doc yesterday and he said it was muscle spasms and prescribed Naproxen. Any suggestions how to relax?

weak feeling in arm muscles

I have had three episodes of "waves" of weakness, or a heavy feeling in my upper arm muscles. It seems to come from nowhere, but it feels like a wave, and then it disappears. I have been doing home improvements around the house, but nothing else I can think of that would cause this...
