it seems that I have muscle atrophied above my breast implan

Hi, I believe that many women are facing the same problem. I had a radical mastectomy of my right breast and three months of chemo. A month after that I realized that the muscle above the implant has atrophied. The doctor explained me that I have option to take fat from my lower abdomen and insert it above the implant. But, since many complications, like infections and lumpiness can arise from this, I gave up this proposal. In the end, I may decide to take the risk however, and do this operation.
