I am 35 years old I've been experiencing severe inner thigh cramps, they are very painfull. What could it be ? and why am I getting them?  Most of time they happened at night while asleep anfew times in the daytime.

myopathy medicine

Hi, my friend is suffering from myopathy for a long time. I saw all bad and sad sides of this disease. I know how hard he was trying to continue with normal way of life when it was very difficult. I would like to know if there is some myopathy medicine which may make his life better.
