I have been experiencing a dull pain in my upper left thigh, specifically when I am walking. I had joined a gym in the last few weeks and have been exercising on the treadmill, life cycle and some various weight machines for differents parts of the body. After this past Sunday's workout on the treadmill and life cycle, I woke up Monday morning with this pain. It was getting to a point that I was leaning to the one side to keep the weight off of my left leg. I did go and workout Monday night on both the treadmill, the leg press, abdominal crunch and the life cycle. It seemed to be okay.
Tuesday morning woke up with the same pain. I have taking Ibuprofin since then and it has seem to help some.
Did I possibly tear a muscle or could it be a different issue?
