would my CK levels be higher if I'm having polymyositis? I live with a lot of pain and weakness

Hi , I have high levels of Creatine Kinase in my muscles - it was at 900 - it’s now at 350 . I live with pain and weakness . I have been ill almost a year and suspect Polymyositis - although I understand CK levels would be considerably higher if I had Polymyositis ?
