herbs for sore muscles

Hello, folks. I have started with exercising in the gym. I went for three trainings and I must admit that my muscles are extremely painful. I would like to sooth this pain somehow without medications. Are there any herbs that you would recommend for sore muscles? I would appreciate it. Thanks, guys!

lump on neck under skin

Help me please! This morning when I woke up I noticed there was an itchy lump on my neck. It is not on the skin, but under it. I seem be able to move it around ever so slightly. Should I be worried? Can this be some kind of serious condition or do you think it will go away by itself again?
