I had this terrible pain around my chest, and I thought I was having a heart attack. it was a charlie horse.
I was so desperate, therefore I did my research around. I could'nt find anything that would meet my need. so I took matter to my own, I got on the sofa and where you put your arm. I leaned over it and compress my back against it. I did this about 3 time aday and the next day. i just rolled my back on the arm of my sofa. and I tell you now. It has been 5months and I have not felt that scary pain no more. that is call exercise your muscles. If you have fibromyalgia. email me and i can tell you alittle bit on how to get control of you issue of pain. I have it almost 19 yrs. and I have atotal control. g
