I eat a healthy diet with lots of fruit en veggies. I do moderate exercise and am of normal weight. I am under a lot of stress at the moment and have developed cramping back muscles on the right side that leave me in agony and have to move around all the time for relieve. My neck muscles are also becoming stiff. I thought I might have a deficiency but I do take a calcium with magnesium supplement every night.
What can I do?
