Shoulder pain i can barely move it

Hi , Had my neuroma surgery 4weeks ago, still limping around. I FEEL LIKE A TOTAL PRISIONER, since I can't drive or do any activities I am used to. I am wondering when I will get better, as I work for an airline and need to wear high heels . When do people begin to lead normal lives.
