I quit the subs and felt really bad

I was on Vicodin and percocet for almost 3 years. Got on suboxone 16 mg a day. Was on them altogether for 3 months. The last 2 weeks I was only taking around 1/4 a day. my last dose of heroin was 9am but i snorted some speed at 5pm, is it still safe to wait 24 hours from my last heroin dose before I take suboxone or do I have to wait longer cause the speed?
