What would happen to your withdrawl scheduale if you were to use an opiate on day 3 of your withdrawl, Will it completely retsart the process, and take another week, or will it just bring back some of the physical symptoms from earlier on for a shorter period?

i've been on methadone for 3 years now, and i'm slowly trying to get off it. I've gained 60 pounds in the 3 yrs. for the past year i eat right, and joined the ymca and exercise regularly, but the weight wont come off!! is it because of the methadone, or is there something else i can try?
