I was really into the opiates and went to a mmp to get off of them and for about a year I was at a does of 170mg but last May I began to taper down at 10mg a week except for the final where I went from 20 to 15 to 10 to 7.5 to 5 to 2.5 and done. The last I have taken any methadone was 4 days ago...
