i get sharp dull pains +pressure in my head.

For about 6 weeks+ i have been getting these sharp and dull pains in my head. It started off at the front right of my head. Now its everywhere. I sometimes also get pressure. I saw my doctor like 3 weeks ago he just says it might be stress and gave me Paramax. Which is for headaches and sickness....

Last week i put my daughter on my shoulder so she could see at a parade, and instantly my left arm started to tingle and went all up and down my arm. As soon as I took her off, it stopped. What do you think it could have been?? %-)
