seizures and menstration

Six months ago I had a low grade tumor partialy removed from my left frontal lobe.It presented with seizures and I am still having them.I am taking 1500mg keppra,1600mg tegratol, and 400mg dilantin.My seizures happen during my period.drs keep playing with meds.HELP?
