i bleed after i cum

Could be a couple of different things, perhaps the sex you're having, and the increasing climb to orgasm, could be rough enough to cause bleeding; the sex ends, the penis is pulled out, and blood is then seen. To eliminate orgasm from the question, have the same kind of sex but check for blood before climax. To eliminate menstruation from the question, check the occurrence against your calender. You might have an ongoing trickle of blood from your uterus (such as menstrual blood, or something else like a lesion that a gynecologist could identify), that is squeezed out during the contractions of orgasm. Strongly consider asking your gynecologist this question if you're even slightly worried. I agree, you need to see a doctor. Be upfront with them and make sure they get the whole picture and you are not leaving anything out. With the symptoms you are describing it would be best to have them do an examination and figure out what is going on. I also have the same problem, but only when cumming from hand masturbation. I am also on depo and I also drink. I recently had a check up and other than some minor issues there was nothing to indicate anything might be causing this. I also had not thought to ask about it because I just only recently started hand masturbation. Any more info would be great. Thanks.
