symptoms of whole-body neuropathy. No diabetes. Can treatment heal it?

Please tell me if I need to see a neurologist for deep whole-body pain which fluctuates. It tingles, burns, stabs. My balance is not normal. I have corrective lenses for double vision, but no diabetes. Can this be healed?
