Feeling lightheaded for a while

been feeling lightheaded for a while. it doesn't matter what i am doing it is there. sitting, standing, walking, lying down, go to sleep with it and wake up with it. had chest x-rays, ekg and blood work done. all normal. i just want it to go away. anything suggestions would b helpful please.
