all time headaches

Ciatic Nerve Pain

I have pain in my back that runs through my left leg, down to the feet. I guess it is caused by ciatic nerve inflammation. I use creams based on camphor and steroids. Sometimes they are from help. I have to avoid pain meds because of my stomach. How do you cope with this?
