Hi i had a migraine over a week age (don't normally get them) and my head has not been the same since,it just feels sore like tension or pressure or like it is waiting to come back.

No, it's not normal. It sounds like an upper vertebrae in your neck came out, causing serious tension. Go see a chiropractor. Just a couple (maybe a few) visits should patch that up.
