For some time I am having problems with sudden sleep attacks. I can sleep anywhere. This problem caused me trouble on my work. People around me don’t understand what happens to me. Someone tell me that I am narcoleptic. So, I wonder am I narcoleptic. Does anyone can explain what Narcolepsy is?

This past year at least five times I experienced dizziness and shaking at the same time. I am 18 years old, high school, female. I am thin but not anorexic or something like that, I eat when I am hungry. I haven't told this to my parents, because I know they will panic. What could be wrong?

Head swimming and legs weak.
