I am a 52 yrs old. I started smoking when I was 27, so since my birthday is coming up I decided to  stop smoking 2 months ago, and my chest feels like it's goin to blow out my chest. and I get short of breath sometimes. I'm afraid to sleep.:'(

I quit smoking and its been 5months i use to be a smoker for 10years and one day i just  decided to quit after seing all the comercials of the concequences of smoking. One problem  im having is anciety im eating alot and have gained 10pounds since i quit. What can i do to stop  the anciety?
