Round Tongue Rash, are these ulcers or what?

I get round bulls eye like rash on tongue close to tip. They arn't usually sore and start small and grow. They eventually get small again and seem to heal. However every week or so I get it back. I am under a lot of stress. Could they be ulcers? o.O ?

jaw pain after drinking beer

husband had cancer surgery on his jaw five years ago and  some bone was removed-he drinks up to eight beers aday and by evening he is in so much pain and almost crying with pain-i tell him it is from the ice cold beer he drinks he says it is not-am i right thank you.
