im just fifteen and i habe this aong with bleeding gums i dont brush my teeth hardly ever and i have theese bumps i have been doing some research and this could relate to an std but my only partner got tested and she is cleanwhat other reason could this be?

My jaw hinge just started to hurt, I was wondering if I could be getting my wisdom tooth on my left bottom side. I was trying to eat M&M's and I felt this shock in my lower jaw. If I am getting my wisdom tooth on that side it hasn't started to break through yet. Can anyone help me?
