I have tiny white spots on my upper lip, I can only see them when i stretch my lip out. Also i have a canker sore on my gums. Is it Oral HPV?

No. It sounds to me like you have fordyce spots (google them!) and it sounds like you also have HSV-1, otherwise known as herpes. A lot of people have them, and they're known as canker sores. Does that help?

My last sexual intercourse was about 4 months ago, and that was the only canker sore i had and i think it was because i brush my teeth a lot lol but i have a sinus infection and acid reflux so i dont know if that has anything to do with it

It can have something to do with it. Your body's immune system is generally what dictates the fluctuations in your system. HSV will flare up if you are stressed, so that plays a major role. Since you've been stressed, that could be it. Does that sound like it could be possible?
