wisdom teeth sickness, how to ease my stomach?

I got my wisdom teeth cut a out 4 days ago. I have a the light brown mucus or drainage or whatever it is and it's making me sick to my stomach to where I'm throwing up. is there any way to easy my stomach from this bad tasting stuff? the doctor doesn't seem too worried about the mucus.
