Hi, 

I got a few pimples on the middle flat area of my tongue last year. They go up and down (almost disappear)  in seconds.  Three months ago I started to feel burning sensation around my tongue and the pimples enlarged. The burning sensation sometimes returns back to me, while the pimples keeps going up and down in seconds. They are painless. 

My pharmacist friend advised me to keep eating multi vitamins tablets every day, but no results. 

 

Haven't had sex in my life. 

 

What do you think they are?
