bleeding gums

I am 25 years old. Every couple of months my gums are bleeding, sometimes it is during PMS and gums are very tender during that time. I have this problem for a long time, but sometimes pass like 6 months and I think it is ok, it stopped and that all gain. I didn’t know how top stop the bleeding....
