Hello, guys. I was at the dentist’s office last Monday. Everything was all right, but last night I felt like my filling broke. To be even more precise, I think I swallowed a part of my feeling. What should I do now? I would appreciate if anyone could tell me something more about this.

Hi, there. Well, now your tooth is opened and it can get contaminated. You should avoid eating on that side. You must go to the dentist as soon as possible. If you have no pain, then you can wait a little. Tell him that your filling dropped out. I hope you will be all right. I am sorry I have no more details. Good luck! Bye!

I imagine you have probably seen a dentist by now...to get the "hole" fixed (unless its was just a "little' piece. Either way its no big deal to swallow it...it will usually "pass" with the rest of your food. BUT depending on the size and if it was a metal filling your doc might order a xray to ensure that it isn't stuck in your digestive tract.
