Whitish bubble on my gums that won't go away!

Hi, I have had a whitish colored bubble on my lower front gums. It has been there for about a year now. My father says it's just a cold sore on my gums, but I don't think so! The bubble pops every now and then, but I'd like to know what it is. Thanks so much!

Bruxism and killing the nerves in the front teeth

Hello. My friend says that she has a tendency to grinding her teeth. Her doctor diagnosed her bruxism. She even killed the nerves in the front teeth. I would like to know whether this is possible to do. It seems almost impossible to me. Am I wrong? What do you think?
