Severe sore throat and ear pain

HELLLLLPPPPP!!!!

i have this sore on the top of my mouth and it's BIG and Pinkish-red!!! I dont have oral sex, wear braces or dentures, or have sharp ended teeth, what Could this be? could it have something to do with useing a toothpick or something? please HHHHEEEELLLLPPPPP!!!!! :'(

Okay got tongue done 6 days ago it's gone white in some parts like little spots iv read it's just healing I'm using warm salt water all threw the day is it infected or do i take it out can someone help ??

I ahve tounge ring

yeah i have had me tounge pierced for a little over a year. ive noticed towards the front of the bar, there is a bump there now. what is this and will it go away? i brush regularly and use mouth wash twice a day! will oral sex with my wife hurt it any more than it already is?

my tonuge has this yellow coating with a very light yellow at the left side of my tongue with a crator behind where the top ball rests is it infected?also i have been smoking the past few days but i rinsed my mouth out with alcohol free mouthwash so i dont know if it is because of that or what?
